Universitetet i Córdoba er et spansk statsuniversitet i Córdoba i Andalusien med cirka 21.000 studerende og en videnskabelig stab på 1.900 medarbejdere.
Selvom Córdoba allerede i det 10. århundrede havde et islamisk universitet, er det moderne universitet i Córdoba ikke en efterfølger til dette. Det blev grundlagt i det 19. århundrede som et frit universitet og blev genoprettet kort før slutningen af Francos diktatur i 1972.
