Dueñas-floden er en flod, der løber fra nord til syd i den nordlige del af provinsen León. Den udspringer i Mampodre-massivet, i Collado de Vioba, mellem Pico del Corral de los Diablos og Cueto de las Hundidas; den passerer gennem byen Lois, hvor Llorada-bækkenet og Tras del Castro-bækkenet kort tid efter mødes; ved de arealer, der tilhører Ciguera, tilslutter Alcón-floden sig; den passerer gennem Salamón, tilsluttes af Luthers sti, som kommer fra dalen Valbuena del Roblo, og passerer forbi herligheden Virgen del Roblo, hvor den kort tid efter, i Vegalión, mødes med floden Esla.
