Peñaflor er et sted og en sogn i kommunen Grado i den autonome region Asturias. Kommunens administrationscenter er det 2,7 km væk Grado.
Sognet med 261 indbyggere ligger 51 m over havets overflade ved Río Nalón og er en station på den oprindelige pilgrimsrute, Camino Primitivo. Behageligt milde, men også fugtige somre veksler med ligeledes milde vintre.
