Les Planes er bydelen i Barcelona, der er integreret i Collserola-parken. Den er dannet af de urbane områder Rectoret, Mas Sauró, Mas Guimbau-Can Castellví, Can Borrull og Mas Fortuny.
Bydelen Rectoret, der grænser op til den nærliggende kommune Sant Cugat, er den største bydel i Les Planes og udgør 60 % af hele dens udstrækning. De bydele, der udgør Les Planes, er de eneste nuværende "bjergbyer i Barcelona".
