Les Planes is de wijk van Barcelona die geïntegreerd is in het Collserola Park. Het bestaat uit de stedelijke gebieden van Rectoret, Mas Sauró, Mas Guimbau-Can Castellví, Can Borrull en Mas Fortuny.
De wijk Rectoret, die grenst aan de nabijgelegen gemeente Sant Cugat, is de grootste wijk van Les Planes en beslaat 60% van de totale oppervlakte. De wijken die Les Planes vormen zijn de enige huidige "bergwijken van Barcelona".
