Cirque de Baiau er en gletschercirque beliggende ved kilden til Noguera de Vallferrera i kommunen Alins.
Baiau-cirquen er afgrænset og lukket af rygge og tinder, der strækker sig fra Lavans-toppen mod nord til Vallpeguera-toppen. Den bjergagtige ryg mellem Medacorba-toppen og Sanfonts-toppen danner grænsen til Fyrstendømmet Andorra. Den sydvestlige del af cirque er afgrænset af den nærliggende cirque Escorbes, hvor de homonyme søer findes.
