Denne klosterkirke til Sankt Joseph, populært kendt som San Cayetano, blev grundlagt af De Karmelitanske Discalceater foran Porten til Colodro.
Fasaden datter fra 1638 og har to klokketårne. Kirken har en latinsk korsgrundplan, med kuppel og hvælving samt vægge malet i fresco. Alteret, i den øverste del, viser sankte Joseph, kirken skytshelgen, ledsaget af sankt Elias og sankt Johannes af korset.
Tværskibet er dekoreret med to altere, et dedikeret til Barnet Jesus fra Prag og det andet til Santa Teresa af Jesus, skulptur af Gómez de Sandoval.
Det gamle køkkenhave bag kirken er iøjnefaldende, da en del blev brugt som offentlig kirkegård i begyndelsen af det 19. århundrede.
