Oulu Domkirke er en Evangelisk Luthersk domkirke og stolen for bispedømmet Oulu, beliggende i centrum af Oulu, Finland. Kirken blev bygget i 1777 som en hyldest til Sveriges konge Gustav III og opkaldt efter hans kone som Sofia Magdalenes kirke.
De træstrukturer brændte i den store brand i byen Oulu i 1822. Kirken blev bygget igen oven på de gamle stenmure med den berømte arkitekt Carl Ludvig Engel som designer. Restaureringsarbejdet blev afsluttet i 1832, men klokketårnet blev først rejst i 1845.
