Col de la Moutière er en 2454 meter høj bjergpas i de franske Alper, der forbinder Jausiers og Saint-Dalmas-le-Selvage. Pas højden udgør grænsen mellem departementerne Alpes-Maritimes og Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Pasvejen er normalt åben for trafik fra maj til oktober.
Ruten over Col de la Moutière løber parallelt med ruten fra den nærliggende, meget højere Col de la Bonette. Fra pas højde kan biler omkring Cime de la Bonette ses tydeligt. Vejen til Col de la Moutière er kun asfalteret på sydsiden. Fra pas højden kan vejen til Jausiers nås via en skadet, men kørbar grusvej.
