Sankt Peters Kirke er en kirke i den gamle bymidte i Caen i Normandiet, Frankrig. Tårnet stammer fra det 14. århundrede, skibet blev bygget i det 15. og 16. århundrede.
I sommeren 1944 blev kirkens tårnspire ødelagt af beskydninger fra et britisk marineskib, der var rettet mod den tyske hær i Caen. Der var også en brand i kirkens tag under kampene. Her blev et orgel fra Cavaillé-Coll uopretteligt beskadiget. Kirkens tårn blev genopbygget i 1957.
