Parlamentet i Bretagne var et parlament fra det gamle franske regime, oprettet i 1554 ved en dekret fra kong Henrik II af Frankrig, med fast sæde i Bretagne Parlamentets palads fra 1709 indtil det blev opløst som følge af den franske revolution i 1790.
Ligesom andre regionale parlamenter i Frankrig under det gamle regime var Bretagne parlamentet en domstol, en suveræn court, hvor man kunne anke domme fra lavere domstole.
