Il Parlamento di Bretagna fu un parlamento dell'Antico regime francese creato nel 1554 per un editto del re Enrico II di Francia, con sede permanente nel palazzo del Parlamento di Bretagna a partire dal 1709 fino a quando fu sciolto a seguito della Rivoluzione francese nel 1790.
Come altri parlamenti regionali di Francia sotto l'Antico Regime, il parlamento della Bretagna è un tribunale di giustizia, una corte sovrana a cui si potevano presentare appelli contro sentenze di tribunali inferiori.
