Das Parlament der Bretagne war ein Parlament des Ancien Régime Frankreichs, das 1554 durch ein Edikt von König Heinrich II. von Frankreich gegründet wurde, mit einem ständigen Sitz im Palais des Parlaments der Bretagne ab 1709, bis es im Zuge der Französischen Revolution 1790 aufgelöst wurde.
Wie andere regionale Parlamente Frankreichs unter dem Ancien Régime war das Parlament der Bretagne ein Gericht, ein souveräner Hof, bei dem Berufungen gegen Urteile unterer Gerichte eingelegt werden konnten.
