Rocamadour eller Roc-Amadour er en by i Frankrig, i det centrale Massif, departementet Lot. Byen er også et populært pilgrimsmål. Byen er bygget på en klippe midt i Causse de Gramat, et stort kalkstensplateau og en del af Causses du Quercy. Øverst på klippen ligger en borg. Via en snoet sti kan man nå helligdommen, en række kapeller med fresker og en kirke. Via en trappe, hvor mange fossiler af marint oprindelse er synlige, kommer man til bunden af bjerget. Der ligger den meget turistede by med sine snævre gader.
