Col de l'Iseran ligger ca. 2.764 m over havets overflade, i den franske afdeling Savoie. Det er det højeste vejniveau i de franske Alper, endda det højeste bjergpas med vej i hele Alperne. Vejen, der krydser det, forbinder dalene Maurienne og Tarentaise, er lukket om vinteren og er i denne sæson indviklet midt i skisporene i Val-d'Isère. Bygget under mellemkrigstiden, er det blevet et vigtigt sted for Tour de France. Col de l'Iseran ligger ved indgangen til Vanoise Nationalpark.
