Il colle dell'Iseran è il valico automobilistico più alto di Francia e d'Europa, seguito dal Passo dello Stelvio, a 2.758 m., e dal Colle dell'Agnello a 2.748 m.
È situato nella Francia sud-orientale, nel dipartimento della Savoia della regione Rodano-Alpi, nelle Alpi Graie francesi ; collega la valle dell'Arc a quella dell'Isère attraverso le località di Bonneval-sur-Arc a Val-d'Isère. È stato inaugurato nel 1937 ampliando una preesistente mulattiera in terra battuta, ed è stato punto di transito di svariate tappe del Tour de France.
