Col du Tourmalet er en bjergpas i Pyrenæerne, i det sydvestlige Frankrig, departementet Hautes-Pyrénées. Den 2.115 meter høje passage er især blevet kendt takket være Tour de France, hvor den første gang blev inkluderet i 1910. Ingen anden bjerge er blevet bestiget så mange gange som Tourmalet siden da. Nær toppen af opstigningen står et monument til minde om den tidligere Tour-direktør Jacques Goddet.
