Les Hospices de Beaune eller Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune er et Hôtel-Dieu / Hospice i flamboyant gotisk stil med tag af glasurfliser fra Bourgogne, grundlagt i det 15. århundrede af hertugernes kansler i Bourgogne, Nicolas Rolin, og hans kone Guigone de Salins, i Beaune i Bourgogne. Det er et af de mest berømte i verden, både for sin prangende og bemærkelsesværdige traditionelle bourguignonne-arkitektur og for sit prestigefyldte bourguignonne-vinområde, hvis produktion historisk sælges på auktion for at finansiere driften, under navnet salg af hospicerne i Beaune. Aktiv indtil 1960'erne, klassificeret som historiske monumenter siden 1862, er det i dag et medicinhistorisk museum og viser blandt andet polyptyken Dommedag af Rogier van der Weyden.
