Saint-Setiers [sɛ̃ sətje] er en fransk kommune beliggende i departementet Corrèze i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. I den nordøstlige del af departementet Corrèze, på Millevaches-plateauet, strækker kommunen Saint-Setiers sig over 46,78 km². Beliggende på vandskillelinjen mellem vandområdet af Dordogne og Loire, vandes den af Vienne, som løber langs med dens vestlige grænse i næsten to kilometer, og af bækken Villevaleix, som har sit udspring på kommunens område og som, efter at være blevet til Diège, afgrænser kommunen mod sydøst i næsten fire kilometer.
