Mairé er en fransk kommune med 169 indbyggere i departementet Vienne i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine; den tilhører arrondissementet Châtellerault og kantonen Châtellerault-3. Indbyggerne kaldes Mairéens. Mairé ligger cirka 21 kilometer øst-nordøst for Châtellerault. Creuse grænser op til kommunen mod øst og nordøst. Nabokommunerne til Mairé er Leugny og La Guerche mod nord, Barrou mod øst og nordøst, Lésigny mod sydøst, Coussay-les-Bois mod syd samt Oyré mod vest.
