Autingues er en kommune i den franske afdeling Pas-de-Calais og har 296 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissement Calais. Stednavnet har en oldnederlandsk oprindelse. Den ældste omtale stammer fra cirka 1200 som Hauthinghem. Det drejer sig om en sammensætning, hvor det første element er en afledning af et personnavn + afledningssuffixet -ing + -heem. Betydningen af stednavnet er således: 'bolig, bopæl for folkene fra X'. Det nuværende fransk tale stednavn er en fonetisk efterligning heraf.
