Woincourt er en kommune i Somme-departementet i Hauts-de-France i det nordlige Frankrig. Siden 13. februar 2020 har kommunen været en del af den nyoprettede regionale naturpark Baie de Somme - Picardie maritime.
Siden 1100 er den latinisering af Dominica curtis blevet nævnt i "Miraklerne fra Saint Angilbert". Navnet "Waincort" fremkom i et 1223-kartul fra Fouilloy, Somme. En 1301 pouillé, en type kirkelig opgørelse af et bestemt geografisk område, nævnte navnet på landsbyen som "Waincourt". "Wincourt" blev nævnt i 1468, og endelig viser lokal skik brugen af "Woincourt", der begyndte i 1507.
