Sotteville-sur-Mer er en kommune i det franske département Seine-Maritime og har 388 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissement Dieppe.
Ikke mindre end 231 trapper giver adgang til stranden, som er kantet af høje kridtklipper. En trætrappe blev anlagt i 1890, så fiskerne lettere kunne nå stranden. I klipperne ved siden af trappen byggede de små hytter. Senere blev den forsynet med skinner, så heste og æsler kunne trække vognene fyldt med grus op ad bakken. Under Anden Verdenskrig sprængte nazisterne denne trappe. I 1954 blev den genopbygget.
