Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire er en kommune i Nièvre-afdelingen i det centrale Frankrig. Kommunen blev dannet i 1973 ved sammenlægning af de tidligere kommuner Cosne-sur-Loire og Cours. Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire ligger på den højre bred af Loire ved sin sammenflydning med Nohain, omkring 50 km nordvest for Nevers. Cosne-sur-Loire station har jernbaneforbindelser til Nevers, Montargis og Paris. A77-motorvejen passerer øst for byen.
