Villelaure loʁ]; Occitan: Vilalaura) er en kommune i Vaucluse-afdelingen i Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur-regionen i det sydøstlige Frankrig. Landsbyen har sit navn fra den romerske bosættelse Villa Laura, som lå på det samme sted eller i nærheden. Siden romertiden har en kerne af indbyggere boet nær den nuværende landsby. Men som hele det sydlige Luberon blev Villelaure og dens region helt ødelagt i anden halvdel af det 14. århundrede af ødelæggelserne fra Hundredårskrigen og Den Sorte Død.
