Uksem er en kommune i den franske Vesthoek, i det franske Norddepartement. Kommunen ligger i fransk Flandern, tæt på Dunkerque og grænser op til kommunerne Leffrinkhoeke, Tetegem, Warrem, Gijvelde og De Moeren. Uksem er kun en lille landsby med et fladt landskab og primært landbrugsaktiviteter. I nord adskilles Uksem fra havet af motorvejen A16, og mod syd kan man se bakkerne i fransk Flandern. Kommunen har cirka 1.100 indbyggere.
