Olargues [o.laʁ.gə], er en fransk kommune beliggende i vestdelen af departementet Hérault i regionen Occitanie. Den ligger i den regionale naturpark Haut-Languedoc. Landsbyen er klassificeret blandt de smukkeste landsbyer i Frankrig. Udsat for et middelhavsklima, drænes den af Jaur, bækken Mauroul, bækken Rautely, bækken d'Escagnès og af forskellige andre små vandløb. Inkluderet i den regionale naturpark Haut-Languedoc har kommunen et bemærkelsesværdigt naturarv bestående af tre naturområder af økologisk, faunistisk og floristisk interesse. Dens indbyggere kaldes Olarguais. Olargues var hovedbyen i en kanton og sæde for fællesskabet Orb og Jaur.
