Pirmil ligger cirka 21 kilometer vest-sydvest for Le Mans. Pirmil er omgivet af nabokommunerne Vallon-sur-Gée mod nord, Maigné mod nordøst, Fercé-sur-Sarthe mod øst, Noyen-sur-Sarthe mod syd, Tassé mod sydvest samt Chantenay-Villedieu mod vest og nordvest.
