Saint-Gilles er en kommune i det franske departement Gard. Kommunen havde 13.931 indbyggere den 1. januar 2019. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Nîmes. Kommunen er opkaldt efter den hellige Aegidius eller Gillis. Den hellige Aegidius var en eremit og skulle være død i Saint-Gilles. Hans grav blev et vigtigt pilgrimssted på vejen til Compostella. Saint-Gilles lå nemlig på Via Tolosona mellem Arles og Toulouse.
