Castelnau-Pégayrols er en kommune i Aveyron-afdelingen i det sydlige Frankrig. Udover sit slot og tre kirker har det et unikt middelalderligt vandingssystem, der blev anerkendt i 1996 som globalt vigtigt.
Siden 1884 har Castelnau-Pégayrols været navnet på kommunen. Mellem 1759-1884 blev det skrevet som Castelnau-Pégayrolles og skrives nogle gange stadig. Dette er det moderne navn for Castelnau de Lévézou, som var en oversættelse af det oprindelige occitanske navn Castèlnòu de Leveson.
