Saint-Véran er en kommune i det franske departement Hautes-Alpes. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Briançon. Kommunen havde 192 indbyggere den 1. januar 2019. Saint-Véran er blevet anerkendt af Les Plus Beaux Villages de France som en af de smukkeste landsbyer i Frankrig.
Saint-Véran er den tredje højeste kommune i Europa, efter Trepalle i Italien og Juf i Schweiz; centrum ligger på 2042 m højde. Navnet på kommunen henviser til biskop Veranus af Cavaillon.
