Mülhausen er en by i Alsace i regionen Grand Est i det østlige Frankrig. Den er sæde for underpræfekturet i arrondissementet Mulhouse i departementet Haut-Rhin. Byen er en del af den trinationale metropolregion Oberrhein.
Med 108.312 indbyggere og 278.206 indbyggere i storbyområdet er Mülhausen den største by i departementet. Siden 17. februar 2014 har byen Mülhausen været tosproget i henhold til den Europæiske pagt om regionale eller mindretalssprog.
