Brassy er en fransk kommune med 592 indbyggere i departementet Nièvre i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Den tilhører arrondissementet Château-Chinon og kantonen Corbigny. Brassy ligger ca. 60 kilometer syd for Auxerre. Gennem kommunen flyder Chalaux. Brassy er omgivet af de nabokommuner Saint-Martin-du-Puy mod nord og nordvest, Marigny-l’Église mod nord og nordøst, Dun-les-Places mod øst, Montsauche-les-Settons mod øst og sydøst, Ouroux-en-Morvan mod syd, Gâcogne mod sydvest samt Lormes mod vest og nordvest.
