Marchaux er en by og tidligere kommune i det franske département Doubs i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté og har 937 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Besançon.
Marchaux var hovedbyen i den navngivne kanton indtil den blev ophævet den 22. marts 2015, og kommunen blev en del af den samme dag dannede kanton Besançon-4. Den 1. januar 2018 fusionerede Marchaux med Chaudefontaine til den nye kommune Marchaux-Chaudefontaine, hvor Marchaux blev hovedbyen.
