Malbuisson er en fransk kommune beliggende i Doubs-afdelingen i Bourgogne-Franche-Comté-regionen, ved bredden af Saint-Point-søen. Indbyggerne kaldes Malbuissonnais og Malbuissonnaises.
På en altan over Saint-Point-søen, mellem vandet og skoven, strækker landsbyen Malbuisson sig over to kilometer mellem Vézenay, en tidligere selvstændig landsby, og Fuvelle-skoven. I begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede oplevede Malbuisson en betydelig vækst med turismens fremkomst, muliggjort af åbningen af en jernbanelinje kaldet «tacot» mellem Pontarlier og Foncine. Dengang klassificeret som en klimastation, blev Malbuisson en populær destination for de prominente fra Pontarlier, Besançon, men også af nogle Pariserne, der blev betaget af stedet og de mulige aktiviteter.
