Cusset er en kommune i departementet Allier, i den centrale franske region Auvergne. Beliggende i foden af Bourbonnaise-bjergene er byen en forstad til Vichy og rangerer som den fjerde mest befolkede i departementet.
Beliggende ved Sichon-floden, biflod til Allier-floden, i foden af Bourbonnaise-bjerget, i en højde af cirka 980 fod på toppen af Mount Béton, er Cusset annexeret til Vichy.
