Pontpoint er omkranset af nabokommunerne Houdancourt mod nord, Longueil-Sainte-Marie mod nordøst, Rhuis og Roberval mod øst, Villeneuve-sur-Verberie mod sydøst, Villers-Saint-Frambourg-Ognon med Villers-Saint-Frambourg mod syd samt Pont-Sainte-Maxence mod vest.
