Blanzy er en fransk kommune med 6060 indbyggere i departementet Saône-et-Loire i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Kommunen tilhører arrondissementet Autun og kantonen Blanzy. Indbyggerne kaldes Blanzynois. Blanzy ligger ved floden Bourbince og ved Canal du Centre. Den her ndmundende biflod Sorme er opstemmet til søen Étang de la Sorme, som delvist ligger inden for kommunegrænsen. Blanzy er omgivet af nabokommunerne Les Bizots mod nord, Saint-Eusèbe og Marigny mod øst, Gourdon mod syd, Saint-Vallier mod sydvest, Montceau-les-Mines og Saint-Berain-sous-Sanvignes mod vest samt Charmoy mod nordvest.
