Saint-Germer-de-Fly er en fransk kommune med 1709 indbyggere i departementet Oise i regionen Hauts-de-France; den tilhører arrondissementet Beauvais og kantonen Grandvilliers. Kommunen ligger på grænsen til departementet Seine-Maritime, cirka 8,5 kilometer sydøst for Gournay-en-Bray. Den nationale vej 31 passerer gennem norddelen af kommunen, som er præget af flere små bække. I vest afgrænses den af floden Epte, som jernbanelinjen fra Paris til Dieppe følger. Jernbanelinjen fra Goincourt til Gournay-Ferrières, der gik gennem kommunen, er nedlagt.
