Cousolre er en fransk kommune beliggende i Avesnois, i Nord-afdelingen i regionen Hauts-de-France.
Dets indbyggere kaldes Cousolreziens.
Kommunen ligger på skråningerne af Ardennerne, omkranset af det belgiske Hainaut. Den tidligere nationale vej N°49 muliggjorde forbindelse fra Valenciennes til Philippeville via Maubeuge og Beaumont. Cousolre har et areal på 2069 ha og en gennemsnitlig højde på 176 meter. Agglomerationen ligger i bunden af Thure-dalen omgivet af mange skove på skråningerne; en stor slette beliggende mod øst samler de mest produktive jorder til dyrkning af hvede,byg, sukkerroer og majs. Græsmarkerne til husdyrhold dominerer i de tre landsbyer Reugnies, Marsignies og les Haies. Klimaet er nedbrydes havkystklima med strenge vintre og somre, der undertiden er meget varme.
