Munster er en fransk by i departementet Haut-Rhin i regionen Grand Est. Kommunen har 4699 indbyggere og et areal på 8,64 km².
Munster ligger i Vogeserne ved skæringspunktet mellem to dale, der her samles i dalen Fecht eller også kendt som Münstertal. Mod vest rejser toppen af Hohneck sig med 1.362 meter over havets overflade. Mod øst flyder Fecht ned i sletten mod Colmar, som ligger cirka 20 km væk.
