Montigny-sur-Meuse er en fransk kommune med 81 indbyggere i departementet Ardennes i regionen Grand Est. Den tilhører arrondissementet Charleville-Mézières, kantonen Revin og kommuneforbundet Ardenne, Rives de Meuse. Kommunen ligger i den i 2011 etablerede regionale naturpark Ardennerne. Maas danner den østlige grænse, mens grænsen til Belgien danner den vestlige kommunegrænse. Montigny-sur-Meuse er omgivet af nabokommunerne Haybes mod sydøst, Fépin mod syd, Viroinval mod vest, Vireux-Molhain mod nord og Vireux-Wallerand mod øst.
