Mios er en fransk kommune med 10.781 indbyggere i departementet Gironde i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Administrativt er den knyttet til kantonen Gujan-Mestras og arrondissementet Arcachon. Kommunen ligger cirka 36 kilometer sydvest for Bordeaux, i Pays de Buch, som er et af områderne i Landes de Gascogne. Stedet ligger ved floden Eyre. Dens tilløb Lacanau løber i nord og vest af kommuneområdet, som også er en del af den regionale naturpark Landes de Gascogne.
