Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet er en kommune i det sydvestlige Frankrig, beliggende i departementet Charente-Maritime. Dets indbyggere kaldes Chenacais eller Saint-Surinais og Chenacaises eller Saint-Surinaises.
Den er resultatet af fusionen den 25. februar 1965 af to kommuner, der ligger cirka tre kilometer fra hinanden: Chenac-sur-Gironde, en landsby for landmænd og vinproducenter, der ligger på en skrænt med udsigt over Gironde-flodmundingen, og Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, en lille fiskerihavn, der engang var et vigtigt center for kaviarproduktion.
