Notre-Dame-du-Touchet er et sted og tidligere kommune i det franske departement Manche i regionen Normandiet, og har 658 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Avranches.
Kommunen var en del af kantonen Mortain, indtil denne blev opløst den 22. marts 2015, og kommunerne blev en del af den på denne dag etablerede kanton Le Mortainais. Den 1. januar 2016 fusionerede kommunen med Bion, Mortain, Saint-Jean-du-Corail og Villechien til den nye kommune Mortain-Bocage.
