Mamers er en fransk kommune med 5157 indbyggere i départementet Sarthe i regionen Pays de la Loire; den er administrationssæde for arrondissementet Mamers og hovedby i kantonen Mamers. Den er en adgangskommune til den regionale naturpark Normandie-Maine. Byen ligger i Saosnois, 46 kilometer nordøst for Le Mans ved grænsen mellem départementet Sarthe og départementet Orne og gennemløbes af floden Dive. Alençon og Mortagne-au-Perche ligger hver 25 kilometer væk.
