Mont-Notre-Dame er en fransk kommune med 741 indbyggere i departementet Aisne i regionen Hauts-de-France. Den tilhører arrondissementet Soissons, kantonen Fère-en-Tardenois og kommuneforeningen Val de l’Aisne. Kommunen, der krydses af jernbanelinjen Trilport–Bazoches og omfatter bydelene Braye og Mont-Bany, strækker sig mod nord til Vesle og mod vest til dens biflod Muze. Nabokommuner til Mont-Notre-Dame er Paars mod nord, Bazoches-et-Saint-Thibaut mod øst, Chéry-Chartreuve mod sydøst, Bruys mod syd, Lhuys mod sydvest, Tannières mod vest samt Quincy-sous-le-Mont mod nordvest.
