Sint-Winoksbergen eller Bergen er en fæstningsby og kantonhovedstad i det nordlige Frankrig og er en del af arrondissementet Dunkerque i Nordafdelingen. Kommunen har 3888 indbyggere og har et samlet areal på 132 ha. Kolme-kanalen forbinder byen med Veurne og med Aa ved Waten. I det 13. århundrede var Sint-Winoksbergen som blomstrende handelsby en del af den flamske Hanse i London. På de 22 meter høje Groenberg befandt den for grevskabet Flandern og bispedømmet Tournai vigtige kloster Sint-Winoksbergen sig fra 1022 til den franske revolution.
