Le Mas-d’Azil er en fransk kommune med 1.145 indbyggere i departementet Ariège i regionen Okzitanien; den tilhører arrondissementet Saint-Girons og kantonen Arize-Lèze. Le Mas-d’Azil ligger ved floden Arize i en højde af ca. 320 m. Den nærmeste by er Pamiers, som ligger ca. 21 kilometer væk; storbyen Toulouse ligger knap 70 kilometer mod nord. Kommunen er en del af Massif du Plantaurel og ligger inden for den regionale naturpark Pyrénées Ariégeoises.
