Laurac er en lille fransk kommune med 180 indbyggere i departementet Aude i regionen Occitanien. I lang tid bar Laurac tilnavnet Le Grand; indtil det 14. århundrede var det hovedbyen i Lauragais. Laurac ligger cirka 70 kilometer sydøst for Toulouse og cirka 40 kilometer vest for Carcassonne. Cirka 13 kilometer nord for ligger Castelnaudary; Fanjeaux ligger 13 kilometer sydøst.
